As a Team Leader at Leksand Resort, you will be an important part of the daily operations, ensuring that our restaurants, kiosks, and shop run smoothly from the first preparations in the morning to the last delivery in the evening. You are the one who keeps the flow of goods, quality, and service together while creating conditions for our guests to have a memorable experience. This is the role for you who want to combine operational work with leadership, logistics, and close collaboration with several departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant, kiosks, and shop in daily operations

• Ensure that the units are well-stocked, clean, and ready for opening

• Assist during peak times to maintain good guest service

• Receive, check, and organize deliveries

• Deliver goods to the right unit at the right time

• Plan and prioritize delivery rounds

• Keep order in storage areas and work systematically with picking

• Update stock balances, report shortages, and conduct inventories

• Introduce and support seasonal employees in their work

• Ensure hygiene, quality, and correct storage routines

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with a big heart for service. You are confident, responsible, and have an easy time structuring, prioritizing, and keeping a cool head even when the pace is high. You enjoy working in a service-oriented manner, have good communication skills, and are used to collaborating with various functions. Since the role involves daily communication with both colleagues and guests, you speak fluent Swedish and English. Experience in warehousing, logistics, and leadership is a plus. An AM/B driving license is required.

Working hours vary, including morning, daytime, evening, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position at 80-100%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff camping area for those with their own van, caravan, or tent.

About Us Leksand Resort's five-star family campsite is located among pines in a lush tranquility right next to Lake Siljan, adjacent to Leksand Sommarland. We offer accommodations ranging from tents to luxury cabins. At Leksand Resort, there are plenty of fun activities for the whole family, restaurants, kiosks, a shop, and relaxing experiences with attractions nearby. On a night in July, we can accommodate up to 4000 overnight guests during the peak summer season.
